inlumi’s customers are increasingly moving their infrastructure into the cloud. As such, we are actively helping our customers to plan their cloud migrations, facilitate communication between the business and IT departments and perform the actual migrations.

At inlumi, we’re always excited to get new clients who do interesting work. In August, Stillfront Group signed a contract with inlumi to implement Oracle FCCS to support Stillfront’s group consolidation process and management reporting needs.

Over the next few posts I’ll write about automating common group eliminations in consolidation tools. The first – and perhaps the simplest – in the series is the elimination of Profit on Inventory (POI).

Broadly speaking, the field of Analytics entails the discovery, interpretation, and communication of meaningful patterns in data.

Here at inlumi, the analytics team focuses mainly on the financial analysis of our customers' data. Our main source of data is the sales data warehouse but, as we will explore in upcoming blog posts, it's important to combine multiple data sources to form a complete analysis.
