European Energy A/S has changed the data load from Navision to HFM for its 300 companies. inlumi consultants have carried out a seamless and direct integration, in which they replaced their file-based load in FDMEE from multiple Microsoft Navision databases.
In this way, manual tasks to export data are eliminated from the equation, reducing the data integrity risk and improving the month closing process.
Ole Otteslev, Project Manager at European Energy explains: "Before we made CSV files manually from Navision to HFM using FDMEE. This took around 15 minutes per company or 3 man-days per month. Now, using Open Interface Adapter in FDMEE, it takes just 25 minutes for 10 controllers to load the 300 companies."
